JACK GOLD I VICE PRESIDENT, DEVELOPMENT
As Vice President of Development, Jack Gold oversees all facets of real estate development and operations. Mr. Gold has over a decade of experience developing and operating commercial properties in the hospital industry. His experience in hospitality industry provides him with a unique perspective on the market opportunities and how to leverage them. He maximizes the potential of every site he develops. His passion to deliver high quality development frames all areas of operation including financing, design, construction and project management services for a wide range of residential and commercial real estate projects.
JOSEPH FLAKOWITZ I DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION
Joseph Flakowitz is is responsible for overseeing all new construction projects form pre-development and pre-construction phase to final completion and occupancy.
Mr. Flakowitz comes to LandPex with over 20 years of extensive construction experience within the tri-state area. He began his career in New Jersey working in the gaming industry on casino projects such as the Tropicana Hotel & Casino and Trump Plaza Hotel & Casino. His move to New York in the 90’s connected him with various projects in the residential arena where he focused his management skills on development and construction of high-profile assets for major New York City developers. The portfolio of projects includes, The Trump World Tower, Tribeca Park, The Park Laurel, The Lyric-Symphony Space and many other residential high-rise buildings.
Trained at the Polytechnic Institute of Cracow, Mr. Flakowitz holds a Bachleor of Architecture and Structures degree.
